  • What are the event times?

    (subject to change without notice, check Facebook or Twitter for updates) Friday December 28th Doors Open – 7pm Event Finishes – 2am Saturday December 29th Doors Open – 7pm Event Finishes – 2am
  • What ages are allowed in the Festival?

    This event is for the responsible 18+. If you can vote you can come to Wintersalt. Individuals who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.
  • Is there a Box Office?

    Prior to the event you will be able to ask questions or pick up items at the Wintersalt Pop-Up Shop. On the days of the Festival there will be an information booth/will call for your convenience in the Fort Mason Center.
  • What is the Refund Policy?

    There are no refunds for this event. Festival is Rain or Shine, however it is indoors, so no need to worry about rain.
  • Is there Reentry?

    No. There are no Ins and Outs. There are designated outdoor areas as well as food areas. We’ve got everything for you at the festival.
  • ADA Info?

    If you require assistance, please contact us at info@eyeheartsf.com to accommodate your needs.
  • When will the schedule be released?

    As we get closer to the event we will release the full schedule and stages.
  • What should I bring?

    • Positive attitude
    • Earplugs
    • Non-professional film and digital cameras
    • Small backpacks or bags
    • Valid Driver's License for will-call and/or to drink alcohol

    • Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)

    • Laser pointers
    • Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)

    • No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.

  • Can I bring children?

    No one under 18 years of age is allowed at all. Sorry.
  • Medical Assistance/Emergencies?

    For those who require any assistance, there will be clearly marked Medical Stations, as well as roaming EMT personnel. If you require bringing medication into the event, be sure to bring your ID and prescription for review. Medical Cannabis is not allowed on the premises.
  • Food and Drinks?

    There will be multiple food vendors as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available.
  • Will there be ATMs?

    There will be many ATMs on the premises for your cash needs.
